XY2221 25G TO-CAN APD ROSA has the advantages of high reliability and high cost performance in 25G ER 40km transmission applications. The measured OMA sensitivity reaches -23.5dBm (25Gbps, BER<5E-5), it can support 60km transmission (with FEC) in practical applications.
