The XY5B24 is precision analog controller designed for diagnostic control of tunable LanWDM/CWDM Si-Pho chip applications. The XY5B24 features a 12-bit (11-bit accurate) multichannel successive approximation register (SAR) ADC, twelve voltage DACs (VDACs), four current output DACs with ranges of 0 mA to 300 mA for optical laser, eleven current output DACs with ranges of 0 mA to 35 mA for heater, high accuracy temperature sensor.
